About Emily

I am a writer and editor, based in Manchester, UK. I love being creative, telling stories and bringing content to life. Having studied at both Cambridge University and The University of Manchester, and trained in proofreading, copy-editing and audio transcription, I have honed a ruthless attention to detail and commitment to quality.

I currently work with many different clients, from all around the world, on a range of writing projects: from website content and blog posts to marketing materials and children's books, and everything in between! I founded Selwyn Shore because I wanted to create a simple way for people to connect with exceptional writers and editors who will take the time to fully understand their project, and to develop fruitful long-term working relationships built on trust, reliability and excellence.
